1. Web Sealer:

   • Operation: Bottles are automatically fed into the web sealer, where the film is cut and sealed around each bottle or a group of bottles. This sealing is typically done using heat, which bonds the edges of the film together.

2. Shrink Tunnel:

   • Function: The shrink tunnel applies heat to the wrapped bottles, causing the shrink film to contract tightly around them. This process creates a snug, tamper-evident seal that holds the bottles securely in place.
   • Heat Application: The tunnel uses controlled heating elements to ensure even shrinkage of the film, avoiding wrinkles or uneven sealing.
   • Cooling Section: Some shrink tunnels include a cooling section to set the film and improve the appearance of the final package.
